WetBlu Luxury Leather began with a simple wish: one beautiful, durable bag that could serve its owner for years, without needing a different bag for every outfit.

That wish grew into a desire to create statement leather pieces: bags and accessories with understated luxury, made to be used, loved and kept. Every design is inspired by African identity, the places we love, the women around us, our heritage and contemporary urban life.

We are a Kenyan, women-owned brand based in Nairobi, and we are proud of where we come from. Our ambition is to take Kenyan craftsmanship and locally added value beyond our borders: from Kenya to East Africa, across the continent and beyond.

Founder Doris Wanjiku leads WetBlu hands-on, from design to the way every customer is looked after.

WetBlu keeps control of product design, specifications, quality and branding, and works with specialist partners for cutting, stitching and assembly. Every piece is made to be used for years, not replaced.
